Cherry Clafoutis with Ground Almond

This is part of my cooking craze last month on the summer holiday in North Wales, and these cherries were from our PYO. The cherries were very sweet and big. I had too many to eat fresh so I decided to make the rest for this French pudding that I never made before. Well I search this recipe from google and I chose Waitrose recipe since I like the use of ground almond (many recipe just use all purpose flour). I like it because ground almond will make the texture of this pudding lighter. I change the recipe a bit though. I was very happy my first attempt of cherry clafoutis was really enjoyed by whole family. Resep Bobor Kangkung

Assalamu'alaykum Late Post. Dalam rangka menghabiskan kangkung sisa seblak kemarin, saya mengolahnya jadi sayur bobor. Lama sekali saya tidak masak bobor. Masakan rumahan ala Jawa yang bersantan ini sangat familiar, di keluarga saya dulu. Ibu rahimahullah paling sering masak bobor bayam. Kali ini saya ingin bikin variasi bobor yakni menggunakan kangkung. Saya demen banget dengan kangkung. Teksturnya yang cruchy membuat saya ketagihan. Resep bobor sangatlah mudah karena menggunakan bumbu yang sederhana. Masaknya pun tergolong cepat, asal cemplang-cemplung saja. Bobor paling sedep ditemani lauk ikan goreng dan sambel terasi, nyaammm 😋😋😋 Bahan : 200 gram kangkung, disiangi ½ buah labu siam, potong dadu 1 tongkol jagung manis, potong jadi 6 bagian 1 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan 1 lembar daun salam 1 sendok teh garam 1 sendok teh gula pasir 600 ml santan encer, sisa perasan santan kental 100 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa Bumbu halus: 6 butir bawang merah 2 siung bawang putih 1/2 sendok
